  I ( am female)went into this store Fri Sept 8 2017 at 7:15 pm and was ignored for 15 minutes but it was obvious I was waiting for the Rogers employees to complete their services with current customers. Two men walk in 10 minutes after me and the one Rogers employee asked what they wanted, and said he would take care of them asap. I said "Excuse me, I have been waiting for a while." He said he knew I was waiting, but said "I could wait as the two men would be 30 seconds, and I would be 5 minutes to take care of." The two men said they could wait, but the Rogers employees insisted on serving them first and I could wait, even when I said I was in a hurry.
  
  The employee said to me twice in front of others. He knew nothing about me. I am a working single mom with twins and can't make it to the Rogers stores as I work full time and have a second job, and needed to get back home to my children who I had to arrange for a babysitter to take care of.
  
  It seemed that Rogers thought I wasn't important, and may be because I am a female, or maybe the employee didn't think I looked worthwhile to treat with dignity.
  
  I have complained but it won't get anywhere.
