  Unbelievably bad. Instead of an Americano I get a cappuccino -clearly because the staff was too incompetent and lazy to produce the drink I asked for. Secondly, I get 9 strudels instead of the 12 I paid for. Plainly, you will find the same service at each Tim Hortons. Minimum wage coupled with poor hiring has destroyed this and many other once-Canadian businesses. Starbucks is roughly 50 more cents for coffee. Well worth the competence and interaction. And the servers are naturally attractive -unlike the obese swines that don’t speak English at timmies. Choice is yours, but coffee is normally your first interaction but f the day; don’t you want to interact with a kind, friendly and attractive Canadian, able to communicate and treat you like a human being?..
